中国农村医疗保险制度的改革与建设
【摘要】人民共和国成立后，农村医疗保障制度的发展经历了农村合作医疗制度建立前期的财政补贴型低价自费医疗阶段、合作医疗制度阶段、以及新型农村合作医疗制度三大阶段，本文以浙江省新型农村合作医疗发展状况暨深化改革的调查为例，探讨目前中国农村地区的医疗保险在发展的过程中所面临的主要问题及挑战，农医疗保险，可以使广大农民在一定程度避免因病致贫、因病反贫的情况，对我国实现和谐社会以及走向国际的路途上起着举足轻重的作用。
